1. Digital Product Limitations

Our service provides instant digital downloads. Due to the nature of intangible digital goods and the highly affordable pricing (₹10 only), we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Once a payment is successfully processed and the resume PDF is delivered/downloaded, the service is considered "used," and the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since the service provided is an instant download, cancellation of an order is not possible once the payment is made. Please ensure you have reviewed your resume preview thoroughly before proceeding with the payment.

3. Why No Refunds?

The cost is minimal (₹10), covering only basic platform operation fees for Deep Growth AI.
The product is digital and is delivered immediately upon payment.
Users have full access to a live watermark-free-preview (with watermark) before making the payment.

4. Payment & Technical Issues

In the rare event that money is deducted from your bank but the website fails to provide the download link (Technical Error), please email us at deepgrowthai@outlook.com.

We will verify the transaction status. If the transaction failed on our end, the amount is usually auto-refunded by Razorpay/your bank within 5-7 working days.
